NEW practices must complete ELIXIR and Registry enrollment by the Registry "electronic enrollment deadline" if they wish to report electronically in 2022.
Practices must adhere to the Registry ELECTRONIC ENROLLMENT DEADLINES in order to report electronically for 2022. If a practice misses one of the registry deadlines below, they may be advised by the Registry that they need to report manually in 2022. *PLEASE NOTE: The Registry controls ALL production requirements, deadlines, etc. FIGmd and the ELIXIR team cannot offer extensions for missed deadlines, nor can anyone from the ELIXIR team reverse a registry decision.
